Trojan Press is currently seeking qualified candidates to interview for a full time Print and Direct Mail Project Manager position. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

The Print and Direct Mail Project Manager will manage all aspects of a variety of printing and direct mail marketing projects along with ongoing marketing programs. This position includes a portfolio of customers that span a variety of industries and complexities. The position requires extensive interdepartmental communication and serves as a liaison between account executives/sales and production. A high level of cooperation with production and operations will be required to ensure critical details and requirements of all projects are defined and executed properly. In addition to managing projects, this position will require involvement with monthly billing and reporting.

Responsibilities

*Manage day-to-day printing and mailing projects from initiation to completion

*Assist in gathering details for projects and work with estimating to generate quotes

*Collaborate with production to confirm turn time requirements and capacity

*Review quotes with appropriate sales personnel and with customers

*Initiate live jobs including work orders, purchase orders and internal documentation

*Work with outside vendors

*Handle client communications on all projects

*Support the sales team in a variety of administrative tasks as required

*Collaboration with accounting and assisting with monthly billing

*Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

Prior experience in printing industry preferred

Direct mail or marketing experience is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to work with multiple departments simultaneously

Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently

Exude a personable and positive attitude

Ability to build rapport with clients to enhance loyalty

Self-starter who is motivated to succeed and add value
